Sentient beings storytell the best version of themselves by respecting each other's universe via the Prime Directive rule as described in the Startrek TV show: "Make first contact only upon request from the other planetary, stellar, galactic or dimensional civilization." As sentient beings create by their intent their own reality, their personal intimate universe, the Prime Directive rule applies also for individual entities among themselves.

To achieve the best possible self, one's soul must care for his/her vehicle, body, by 1) breathing well, 2) feeding well and 3) interacting well. Phase 3 involves the ability to filter the frequencies constantly shaping our thoughts, emotions and actions. Intuitively, leave out the poor frequencies and embrace the good ones.
